As a chiropractor in Colorado Springs, Dr. John Stenberg’s journey into the field began when he observed a close family member regain their health through chiropractic care after other methods had failed. This experience opened Dr. Stenberg’s eyes to the vital role of structural integrity in comprehensive health and healing.

Initially, while Dr. Stenberg recognized the benefits of traditional chiropractic methods in treating minor aches and pains, he was captivated by the precision and effectiveness of the Blair Upper Cervical method for Neuro Structural Correction. This method has proven particularly effective in providing relief and consistent results for people suffering from chronic conditions such as migraine and tension headaches, vertigo and balance issues, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, dysautonomia, and many other challenging health issues.

Currently, as one of only four doctors in Colorado trained in this specialized and impactful procedure, Dr. Stenberg finds it immensely fulfilling to offer this level of care to the residents of Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas.
