Dr. Paulina N. Kaminski
Meet Paulina N. Kaminski, DC, LCP
Dr. Kaminski is a native of Warsaw, Poland, and a proud first-generation chiropractor. Her introduction to chiropractic care came early—her first adjustment was given by a close family friend when she was just a newborn. She was raised in a family that prioritized holistic health, relying on natural healing methods such as herbs and vitamins rather than conventional medicine. Throughout her life, she has continued to receive chiropractic care for prophylactic means, reinforcing her belief in its benefits.
While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Dr. Kaminski experienced debilitating anxiety that profoundly affected her daily life. She struggled with panic attacks multiple times a week, extreme sensitivity to noise and light, and overwhelming irritability. Traditional approaches offered little relief—until she discovered the Blair Upper Cervical technique. After weeks of consistent Blair care, her panic attacks significantly reduced and eventually ceased altogether. She also became much more tolerant of sensory stimuli, regaining a sense of control and ease in her life. This transformative experience not only restored her well-being but solidified her passion for chiropractic care, inspiring her to specialize in Blair to help others achieve similar breakthroughs.
Dr. Kaminski earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia, before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California, where she graduated with honors. She also holds the coveted Legion of Chiropractic Philosophers (LCP) distinction, which has only been bestowed upon a few hundred chiropractors. During her chiropractic education, she trained extensively in the Blair and Gonstead techniques, further refining her approach to patient care. In her final term, she completed an internship at the largest pediatric and prenatal chiropractic practice in Sonoma County, California, gaining extensive experience in specialized care for children and prepartum/postpartum mothers.
Committed to helping patients achieve optimal health and well-being, Dr. Kaminski combines her deep-rooted passion for holistic healing with a patient-centered approach to chiropractic care in her family practice in the west hills of Portland alongside her husband, fellow upper-cervical chiropractor, Dr. Nikolai Young.
Presently, Dr. Kaminski is in the process of completing the three-year postgraduate Diplomate in Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP).
