Dr. Luca O’Brien
Dr. Luca O’Brien is a dedicated and passionate advocate in the field of upper cervical care. His journey in healthcare began with a decade of brain studies through the International Baccalaureate program, followed by earning a bachelor’s degree in healthcare psychology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Drawn to the specific field of upper cervical care, Luca embraces a salutogenic, brain-based approach to healthcare, which focuses on promoting health and well-being.
As the former president of the upper cervical club at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Florida campus, Luca experienced firsthand the transformative impact of this specialty. After suffering from a sleep disorder for over six years, his condition was completely resolved following his first specific upper cervical adjustment, fueling his passion for this area of practice.
Currently, Luca serves as the Director of the Public Relations Committee for the ICA’s Council on Upper Cervical Care (ICA-CUCC), where he works diligently to raise awareness of upper cervical care across Europe. He is also pursuing a Diplomate in Chiropractic Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP), the only post-doctoral diplomate specializing in upper cervical care offered by the ICA-CUCC.
