About Dr. Gabriel Flores
To quote one of the most respectable minds of our time, “The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” – Mark Twain
For me, the latter realization didn’t come until I was in chiropractic school. From a young age, I was fascinated by the human body, always curious about what made it so uniquely human. As I pursued my Doctor of Chiropractic degree, anatomy and physiology were key parts of the curriculum, including time spent in an anatomy (cadaver) lab. It was during these dissections, seeing the intricate human structure firsthand, that I unexpectedly found an answer to a lifelong question.
The body is a masterpiece, a creation without equal. Every muscle, bone, ligament, tendon, artery, vein, and nerve is perfectly positioned. More importantly, I discovered a profound truth about the body’s functionality: one system governs everything, including the body’s ability to heal.
Within your spine lies a nerve system that controls and coordinates every muscle, cell, and organ in your body. This system ensures communication between the brain and spinal cord, enabling every function, from seeing and hearing to healing. Our bodies constantly regenerate, replacing and rebuilding tissue as needed. To maintain this process, it’s essential that the brain and spinal cord communicate effectively. By exercising, nourishing our bodies with the right nutrients, thinking positively, and ensuring our nerve system functions optimally, we can sustain incredible energy and health. The reality is that everything we do, from birth to the present, hinges on the efficiency of our nerve system. This life-changing realization fueled my passion for chiropractic care and my commitment to helping those in need of health, healing, and hope.
My mission is to educate people on living well and being well through chiropractic care, igniting the belief that the human body is naturally designed to thrive, flourish, and be limitless.
