Dr. Craig Lapenski is one of only 24 board-certified NUCCA practitioners worldwide, passionately advocating for active health and empowering patients in their healing journeys. His dedication to the upper cervical spine stems from the profound impact it has had on his own health and the remarkable transformations he has witnessed in the thousands of patients he has treated. Dr. Lapenski believes that adopting a proactive healthcare approach is one of the best decisions anyone can make, as healthy brain-body communication forms the foundation of overall well-being.

Dr. Lapenski’s fascination with the upper cervical spine continues to grow, captivated by its intricate complexity and influence on global health. His practice, Advanced Spinal Care, embodies an unmatched commitment to understanding and correcting each patient’s unique upper cervical misalignment. He approaches each case with the precision of a locksmith, meticulously examining patients to detect and address the root cause of their health issues in a way that few others can.

In his personal life, Dr. Lapenski is happily married with four children. He enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time in nature, and is a dedicated Christian. His extensive credentials include NUCCA Board Certification, serving as President of the Upper Cervical Research Foundation, and holding multiple leadership roles within NUCCA, such as Co-Chairman of Certification and Standards and Finance Chairman. An honors graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he was on the President’s list, Dr. Lapenski is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Delta Sigma Chi, the world’s oldest professional chiropractic fraternity. He has been a NUCCA member since 1996, is a credentialed NUCCA instructor, and has served as an Extension Faculty Member at Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he founded the ASC Associate Doctor Training Program. Dr. Lapenski is also an active researcher and maintains a private practice in Washington State.
